xxx.xxx11223原來佢好多差評，打完左幾日，因為番工忙所以咩都冇做

，之後一上線就變成咁，我問番工作室咩事佢講佢都唔知唔係佢問題

That sounds really frustrating. If the work was completed and everything was fine before, it's reasonable to ask for a clear explanation. Hopefully the platform's support team can investigate what happened and help resolve the issue.
