8/21更新Necrobot v0.9.4 新增漢化教學

如果需要設定成中文版，除了老方法去config設定成 zh-tw 之外

需要去   NecroBot 0.9.4 / Config / Translations

打開後   選最後一個資料夾  translation.zh-TW

把紅色的 " 刪掉
