CMS160自製登陸器bat問題

如題，已找到伺服器ip，遊戲本來登陸器為陸版的
自製bat內容為
start MapleStrory.exe ip 端口
但開啟bat出現如下
this client can be executed only in chinese code-page
確認過電腦語言 位置 地區等都是台灣
且試過更換成簡體 一樣
